LogFlite ("the app", "we", "our") is a personal pilot logbook for EASA licence holders, developed by Louis-Arthur Nuttall ("the developer"). This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and how it is handled.

1. What data we collect

Account data

When you create an account, we collect your email address and store it with Firebase Authentication (Google LLC). If you sign in anonymously, no email is collected.

Profile data

The information you enter in the Profile screen is stored in your account:

Flight log data

Every flight entry you save is stored in your account, including:

Roster import data

When you import a roster file (eCrew / RosterBuster CSV), the file is read on your device and the parsed flight data is saved to your account. The original file is not uploaded or retained by the app.

Crash and diagnostic data

If the app crashes, a crash report is sent automatically to Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC). These reports contain device model, OS version, app version, and a stack trace. They do not contain personally identifiable information from your logbook.

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app (Profile → Delete Account). Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you do not request deletion, your data remains stored until you do.
